Many business strategies could not deliver the results as expected. Prof. Rumelt, a professor of strategy at UCLA pointed out that the problem is due to the wrong approach.
 
Rather than using traditional methods like 5 forces, SWOT, or PEST, a new method was proposed by Prof. Rumelt for breakthrough results.  

In the upcoming seminar, Dr. Mark Lee, Research Director of the Asia Pacific Institute for Strategy, will explain the new method.
