Donald Choi joined Chinachem Group in 2018 as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Previously MD of the Nan Fung Group, and a Director of Foster and Partners, Donald has worked on a large number of high profile public and private projects worldwide. Alongside his professional career, he has held multiple leadership roles in NGO and professional bodies that focus on community, design and innovation. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at HKU, Trustee of Rhode Island School of Design, Advisory Committee Member of the HKTDC Infrastructure Development, Advisory Committee Member of PolyU Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation, Member of HKU Campus Development and Planning Committee, President of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, and Honorary Advisor of Hong Kong Workers’ Health Centre. Donald is the Chairperson of the Construction Innovation and Technology Application Centre and also serves on the board of Habitat of Humanity Hong Kong, Hong Kong Green Building Council, Business Environment Council, Hong Kong Design Centre and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.

Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the ASPAC region. He is part of the KPMG Global Consumer & Retail Steering Group as well as being a member of the Global Technology Innovation Centre and the Cluster Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecoms Practice based in Hong Kong.
Anson has been active in driving a number of thought leadership reports and executive briefings for senior executives covering innovation and consumers in China and across Asia. Philippe Chan is the GM of YouGov Hong Kong & China and a member of ESOMAR. An experienced FMCG and retail expert, prior to joining YouGov he was with a number of international agencies providing strategic advice to leading multinational and local companies across the APAC region during the past twenty years.

In recent years, Philippe has been active in driving thought leadership programs for senior executives covering innovation, consumer, product and channel strategies in Hong Kong with companies operating in the personal care, household, food & beverage sectors. Together with YouGov’s evolving consumer insights model, not only will clients receive real time information, it will also allow them to act intelligently to support their business decisions.

Mr Nelson Chow has been appointed to the present position from 1 September 2016 with responsibilities for facilitating the healthy development of the fintech ecosystem in Hong Kong and promoting Hong Kong as a fintech hub in Asia. He joined the HKMA in 2004 and was responsible for the supervision of banks’ technology risk management and business continuity planning as well as the formulation of related policies and guidelines. He was the Deputy Chief Representative of the New York Office in 2010. After returning to Hong Kong in 2013, he took up responsibilities to supervise banks’ operational risk management and perform macro-prudential data analysis. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr Chow was a Vice President of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. responsible for information risk management of the Asia Pacific region.

Tim Edmunds is the lead for PwC’s ESG Strategy & Sustainable Value Chain Advisory in Hong Kong. Tim has over 18 years consulting and industry experience, focusing on consumer goods and transportation.

Tim has rich experience in transforming supply chains across Asia and delivering high impact for clients, with recent projects including: 

• Recycling network design for leading sports brand, converting used consumer goods back into new product 
• Manufacturing footprint redesign for leading jewellery firm, reducing business risk and carbon footprint 
• Waste optimization program for a leading NGO 

 
Prior to PwC, Tim was the Director of a leading Retail Supply Chain consulting firm, focusing on Apparel, Footwear and Accessories across China and South East Asia.  Tim holds an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University. Tim is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

For over a decade, Sarah worked with some of the best luxury fashion companies in the world. Starting her career in Toronto as a Buyer for Holt Renfrew, Canada’s luxury department store, Sarah became restless for change and was drawn to China, the geography with explosive growth in her industry. Sarah arrived in Hong Kong in 2007 and landed at Lane Crawford as their Womenswear Buyer. After several years of Milan, Paris and New York fashion weeks, Sarah moved on to a larger global inventory management role at DFS in their fashion division. From there she moved on to a dynamic and creative role at Shanghai Tang as Head of Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Planning and Visual Merchandising. Being immersed in the front lines of fashion consumption for over a decade left Sarah feeling disenchanted with the industry. She wanted to apply her experience to a side of fashion that offered solutions to the mounting environmental and social issues associated with the industry. The idea for Retykle started after her son was born and she confronted the issue of a closet full of outgrown clothes and the challenges associated with how to manage the cost and the hassle of a constantly rotating kids wardrobe. With her first hand experience and industry experience, she felt she was well positioned to create the solution.

Biography: 
Mr. Martin Kwok has been appointed as a Director of Kwok Kam Kee (HK) Limited since 2017. He has spearheaded business growth of the company by implementing product diversification strategies & expanding distribution channels, leading the company to transform from a very traditional bakery shop into a well-known brand selling a wide variety of food items.

 
Prior to joining F & B industry, Mr. Martin Kwok worked in Finance Industry for over 10 years. He was the top management of a renowned Singapore listed company, overseeing the whole B2B business arm in HK. 

Martin holds a dual BEng (Honors) degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
 

Graduated from University of California, Berkeley. Gabriel was deeply influenced by and exposed to the tech startup culture of Silicon Valley, which motivated him to find a series of startups with a total investment of over USD30 million. Being an enthusiast of building virtual space, in 2005, he developed Asia’s first web based virtual world social platform, Sooff.com, in which he, as the CEO and the System Analyst. Gabriel also worked with various 4As advertising agencies, such as TBWA, Ogilvy & Mather, and McCann, as the Digital Creative Director to design and develop branded virtual worlds, gamification projects and award-winning digital advertising campaigns for brands like Intel, Cartoon Network, Levi’s, VTech, and Nokia. 

His experience working on digital projects and products for prestigious brands and companies allowed him to co-found and work as the Chief Strategy Officer of Mtel Thailand, the Southeast Asia spin off of one of the most established mobile solution providers, Mtel Solutions Limited (now under Ernst and Young), in Hong Kong, expanding their solution and consultancy businesses into Southeast Asia. He also worked as a digital creative and product consultant, who specializes in gamification and ecosystem building, for clients such as PCCW, BCT Group, and Nickelodeon. 

Given the knowledge and insight he has gained throughout his career on overall digital creative, gamification, and virtual world creation, he has recently founded a Web3 company and launched yet another virtual world, now commonly known as Metaverse, by blending his years of experience on this topic with the latest Web3 technology to deliver a unique location-based gamified loyalty ecosystem, bridging users from Web2.0 to Web3.
 

Betty is a seasoned e-commerce and digital intrapreneur, specialised in starting up & operating e-commerce business for brick-and-mortar retailers and brands. She is currently heading the e-commerce and CRM development at Dah Chong Hong, covering 4 pillars namely Foods, Electronic Appliances, Healthcare and Motor. Before joining Dah Chong Hong, Betty held major e-commerce roles at DFS, Walmart China, Sa Sa Cosmetics and Fossil. 

Betty holds an MBA degree from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a BBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. 
 

Mr. Samuel Lau joined Kerry Logistics in 2000. Mr. Lau is currently the Managing Director – Integrated Logistics North Asia with the responsibility of overseeing the integrated logistics business of the Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry.

Mr. Jeff Law joined Sun Fat Heung Food Products Ltd., which is a Hong Kong-based company established over 60 years, specialized in the manufacturing of soya products, in 1996. He acts as a Director and leads the company, while overseeing the organization’s operations in purchasing raw materials and identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.

Mr. Law setup a brand “Top Soya” in 2007; Top Soya is dedicated to improving the production technique of soya food and integrating tradition with modern management.

In the period of time, Top Soya had gained ISO 22000:2005 & HACCP management certification. In compliance with international standard, Top Soya has set up a sound food management system with the employment of advanced technology, in an effort to enhance safety and traceability of food products.

Top Soya has over 2,000 points of sales throughout Hong Kong now, covering different sales channels, so as to enable customers to enjoy fresh soya products anytime and anywhere. 

Kevin Lee Ka Tsun, Founder & CEO of Redspots Creative, has been contributing in the media production and digital entertainment industry for more than 18 years. After studies on story creation, film languages, film and video production, he started his career from the Hong Kong Film Awards Association, TVB (Television Broadcasts Limited) and various production houses and participated in producing more than 230 hours of TV drama series and 2000 episodes of online programs, from acting as a production assistant, to a producer then an executive producer. Since he started his own business in 2007, he has been developing latest media technologies and providing all-rounded media and creative production services to the Asia markets. In 2009, he and his team established ‘miniV.tv’, the first 3G mobile interactive TV platform in Mainland China, which had later become a main business stream of a leading entertainment listed company in the market. He has also established ‘Maji TV’, the first 3D TV channel in Hong Kong partnering with Samsung and LG Smart TV platforms, and MOME TV, the leading transportation media in Macau. His company has developed various proprietary AR (augmented reality) and VR (virtual reality) technologies, registered 14 software copyrights and served numerous international brands and clients in different countries and regions. Signature projects includes Liminal Encounters, the 1st outdoor AR Exhibition in Hong Kong presenting virtually the art pieces of various artists from Asia Society, and Transformers 30th Anniversary AR cards, the 1st AR collectible series of Transformers in the world. 

With his extended knowledge in media technology, he and his partners developed the ‘StoneMask Real-time Animation Production System’, which has a majority market share in the Great China market, where creative teams and character designers can create high quality animation contents in a real time manner. The StoneMask System won the ‘Digital Entertainment (Interactive Design) Gold Award’, ‘Digital Entertainment Grand Award’ and ‘Award of the Year’ in the most prestige and renowned technology award in Hong Kong - The HKICT Award 2019. Kevin was awarded the 2019 Asia-Pacific Cultural and Creative Industry Award and selected by Deloitte, the global Big 4 accounting firm, as the ‘Hong Kong Technology Rising Star 2019’. In 2020, Kevin is also awarded the ‘Greater Bay Area Outstanding Entrepreneur’. With his success of further developments in the digital assets, web 3 and metaverse industry, and also on IP incubation, verification and licensing, he was awarded ‘2022 Forbes China Outstanding Entrepreneur’ and ‘2022 Top 10 Excellence in Startup Innovation Award (NFT, Web 3, Metaverse) – Merit’.

In addition to his entrepreneurship spirits, Kevin also has an ever-learning attitude. Since his graduation from BBA (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Hong Kong, he continues his studies in film arts, script writing, productions and technology developments. In 2019, he finished his study in the Professional Education Certificate Programme in Digital Transformation from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), and he has recently finished studying a Higher Education Teaching Certificate course from The Derek Bok Centre for Teaching & Learning of Harvard University. He is now a postgraduate of Master Degree in Arts and Cultural Enterprise in Central Saint Martins of University of Arts London. He also contributes to the educational sector; he is now acting as Guest Lecturer of Master of Arts on Cultural Management program of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and of the Department of Art and Design and Advisor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, and also as a Visiting Fellow of the Hong Kong Design Institute, hosting a cross disciplinary programme on designer character IPs, bringing more than 300 students from Communication Designs, Digital Media and Product Designs to go through the ‘IP Incubation Journey’ via lectures, workshops and guest sharing, in order to let them learn the essence of IP designs, IP contents creation and productions. Kevin is also providing training to university professors, lecturers and teachers on the technology application for the creative industry as a Training Partner in the Hong Kong Productivity Council, including NFT and metaverse courses.

Danny started his entrepreneurship right after graduating from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His first endeavor was an Information Technology Company, specializing in Enterprise Management Software. Having run the B2B business for 10 years, Danny saw great potential in B2C e-Commerce market. To capture the opportunity, he started the e-Commerce platform, Ztore (www.ztore.com) in 2015, and the "Flash Sales" platform, Neigbuy (www.neigbuy.com) in 2018. In 2021, Ztore and Neigbuy were acquired by Television Broadcasts Limited, where he succeeded as President of TVB e-Commerce Group. As a born and raised Hong Kong native, he believes TVB’s competence as the most influential media company in Hong Kong, combined with Ztore and Neigbuy’s focus in the local market, would comprehensively empower good products via massive organic traffic drawn from quality content production. Sandy Tan is the Head of Ecosystems for Institutional Banking Group, DBS Bank Hong Kong. She oversees the strategy and execution of the bank’s business partnerships to deliver ecosystems solutions that provide value-added services to our clients. 

Sandy has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, having been part of DBS Group for over 20 years. Mr. Keith Wu is the Vice Chairman & CEO of Fulum Group. Mr. Wu is seasoned C-Suite professional with over 25 years of experience in leading financial management, corporate finance, digital transformation, innovation, strategic planning, risk management, procurement and information technology in China and Hong Kong’s consumer sectors including food and beverage manufacturing, restaurant chains.

Mr. Wu is experienced in the food and beverage industry in Hong Kong as evidenced by his work at Tsit Wing International Holdings Ltd. (the shares of which was listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited (T26) until October 2013), which supplies coffee, tea and related grocery items to food establishments in Hong Kong, the PRC and Asia. From July 2005 to May 2021, Mr. Wu was an Executive Director and Group COO of Tsit Wing Group and was responsible to assist its chairman and chief executive officer to formulate corporate strategy for growth and development. Prior to that, he was an accountant of Hong Kong International Terminals Limited which operates a number of ports at the Kwai Chung Terminals, Hong Kong, from April 2001 to June 2004 and practiced as a certified public accountant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from June 1997 to July 2000. These past and present positions have given him over twenty-five years of financial and accounting experience.

Mr. Wu received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong in January 1997 and a master’s degree in corporate governance from of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in October 2009. He was admitted as a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in September 2008 and an associate of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries in April 2010. He has also been a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong since July 2010 and elected associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrations in the United Kingdom since April 2010. Mr. Wu’s knowledge and qualification as a Director is also evidenced by his membership in The Hong Kong Institute of Directors since June 2012. 

Ms. Ella Yu joined DBS in 2019 as team lead for Cash Product and implemented DBS HK’s first CTC deal. Ella later moved to Ecosystems team, where she focused on co-creating innovative solutions with Ecosystem partners to enhance customer journey. In July 2022, Ella led DBS team and launched a paper-less digital trade finance solution co-created with GS1. 

Prior to joining DBS Bank, Ella has developed an extensive background of over 15 years on corporate treasury where Ella implemented multiple innovative fintech and banking solutions including virtual credit card, cross-border ACH and cloud-based treasury management system, these solutions generated significant cost saving for her corporate clients. 

With this career progress with DBS, she will continue to co-create more digital solutions with the right partners to support the facilitation of SME community.   
 

Mr. Dennis Zheng oversees the International Logistics – Export Logistics Divisions as the Senior Manager of JD Logistics to deliver a solution-oriented experience which help to ease the day-to-day pain-points of JDL’s clients. 

Dennis practices an extensive professional background with more than 15 years of experience in the logistics industry. Prior to his career advancement with JD Logistics, Dennis had taken strategic roles in different scopes of logistics services – including a comprehensive mix of models for international, cross-border and domestic channels in addition to supply chain solutions and e-commerce logistics.
 

Patrick Zhu

Mr Zhu joined HSBC in 1999 as an executive trainee, becoming one of the founding members of HSBC’s electronic banking and cash management businesses in mainland China and holding various roles including Product Manager, Sales Manager and Head of Sales. He became HSBC’s first International Manager (IM) from mainland China in 2004, with senior roles in credit approval and risk control for retail banking at HSBC Philippines and Indonesia respectively as an IM. 

Before relocating to HK and assuming his current regional role, Mr Zhu was Managing Director, Country Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management for HSBC in mainland China. Under his leadership during the past 3+ years, HSBC China cash management business experienced one of the fastest growth periods, and enhanced its leading position among foreign banks in China. Mr Zhu is also a Board Director of China’s Crossborder Interbank Payment System (CIPS) Co Ltd. 

Between 2007 and 2014, Mr Zhu was with ANZ where he held senior management roles in risk control, rural banking, cash management and cross-border renminbi business, in Melbourne, Chongqing and Shanghai.
